Xiaomi Watch S5 41mm version is said to be coming soon in Europe, combining a 9.9mm thin design with a bright 3,000 nit OLED screen, GPS and NFC in a compact body.

Xiaomi Watch S5 46mm version is now available in the US and Europe, while the 41mm version is only sold in China. According to leaked information from SvetAndroida, Xiaomi is preparing to bring a smaller version to Europe, at the same time the Xiaomi 18 Pro series launches in the international market.

The 41mm Watch S5 is expected to cost about 240 euros, equivalent to 269 USD (about 7.1 million VND). This price is higher than the 46mm version, which is listed on Amazon at 194 USD (about 5.12 million VND).

The difference of the 41mm version lies in its more compact size, suitable for people who like small watches or have slim wrists. The body is 9.9mm thick, nearly 1mm thinner than the 46mm version, while the shell still uses stainless steel.

3,000 nit OLED screen, GPS and skin temperature sensor

According to revealed information, the 41mm Watch S5 is equipped with a 1.32-inch round OLED screen, with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels. Brightness is mentioned at 3,000 nit, promising to support content viewing when used outdoors.

The watch has a heart rate sensor, SpO2 sensor and skin temperature sensor. The sensor system serves health monitoring features such as sleep, stress levels and menstrual cycles.

Similar to the large version, the 41mm Watch S5 is expected to integrate GPS and NFC chip for contactless payment. Connectivity mentioned includes Bluetooth 5.4 and Wi-Fi 6.

Up to 14 days of battery life, continue using HyperOS

The battery of the Watch S5 41mm is revealed to have a capacity of 590mAh, giving an expected usage time of 8 to 14 days depending on usage. These are still parameters given in leaked information, not actual test results of the international version.

The watch case is said to be 5ATM water resistant, with two color options: silver and black. The included sports strap will be blue or black depending on the version.

Watch S5 41mm continues to use HyperOS like Xiaomi Watch S series models, instead of Wear OS.
